Our four categories:
Private Room (shared apartment) – from €980
Your own fully furnished room in a shared apartment. You share the kitchen and bathroom with your flatmates—ideal if you enjoy community living but still want your private space.
Studio – from €1,100
A fully equipped one-room apartment with a private bathroom and kitchenette. Perfect if you prefer independent living while still being part of the Staytoo community.
Premium Studio – from €1,250
A larger studio with more space and upgraded furnishings within the building. A great choice if comfort and a generous living and working area are important to you.
Large Studio (suitable for couples) – from €1,450
A particularly spacious studio with significantly more living area. Thanks to its layout, this category is also well suited for couples who want to live together in our Munich student apartments.
